This page is very much non-serious and dedicated to things I enjoy such as basketball, music, comedy/movies, and cats. Below are also some (now old) pictures of me next to different bridges on different coasts. Hover over the pictures for a surprise.

Places I’ve Lived

I was born in Queens, New York, but was raised in Rockland County, New York. I did my undergraduate degree at Ramapo College in Bergen County, New Jersey. From there, I went on to study at West Virginia University in Monongalia County for my PhD. Currently, I reside in Norfolk City, Virginia where I am an assistant professor in the Economics Department of Old Dominion University. See below for a walking tour of places I’ve spent a significant amount of time living.

Basketball

I’m a fan of the New York Knicks, but enjoy thinking/talking about the NBA in general. Toying around with NBA data is a hobby of mine that sometimes results in research papers. I also enjoy playing basketball, but I can’t say that my game has aged gracefully.
